Prepaid plan on mobile internet stick or mobile dangle

Is there any mobile company (in Canada) has the prepaid plan available for mobile internet stick or dangle?

This is available in Hong Kong & USA.

Fido and Koodo have tablet plans which in essence is the same thing. You just need a dongle.

I also think some cell companies offer home internet via sim cards and dongle, might also be Koodo and Fido, but stand to be corrected on this.

Public mobile does not have this feature.  

I think that the big three mobile companies like Telus and Bell have something similar....
