Pre ported number account login issues

My pre ported phone number is still stuck with my account and i cannot login through the Android app as it sends verification texts to the old number. Web is fine as I can verify via email. 

Even when checking the esim settings on my Samsung phone, it has the old pre ported number appearing. I've read that purchasing a physical sim fixes this and the esim is just a visual bug. Texts and phone calls all work correctly for ported number. Really just having issues logging in via Android app.

Try to process a "Reset network settings" after a device reboot and check if the number is updated

if not, you can try to buy a new eSIM via the app.  I understand you receive the 2FA code, but see if you can get it via email.  On the 2FA step, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code", then choose "Send email" 

If you can login that way, first, go to Account page to update the number to receive 2FA.  At Account >  Mange Login (Secured by EverSafe), update the phone number there 
After you updated the phone number, you can go to Account > Purchase sim card , and choose eSIM 

If you really cannot login because of the 2FA, then engage PM CS agent by direct message.  Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
