Have you tried to update already? The system has not been working correctly for awhile now. Have to keep trying, maybe use a different device if possible or web browser.

you can login My Account , Subscription, Manage Subscription, Update payment info and update the credit card there
If problem updating, wait an hour and try again
if you need to pay quick, get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611

To update your credit card information, you can easily do so via My Account
Please login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, and click Manage Payment Method, or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card
