How to cancel pre authorized visa payment without knowing my account number

If you are porting your number to another carrier. It will automatically cancel everything on your account.

If you are not porting out and just want to suspend payment, you can dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and put it on hold but you need your security PIN to do this.

HI @IDM  can you login My Account or you have  the 4 digits pin?

if you have the account pin, you can use *611 to dsiable preauthorized payment

Or you can login My Account,Profile Page, Manage Subscription and toggle off Subscribed from the page to disable

or if you like to remove the credit card completely, just submit a ticket with CS agent and they can remove it from your account, so no more pre-authorized payment.  Submit the ticket here :
