Pre-Authorized Payments not the same as amount due

My payment history shows an amount due for February 25,2023 at $ 5.60 but my pre-authorized payment credit card statement shows that I was charged $ 11.20 instead of $ 5.60.

How do I get a hold of someone to get the difference refunded to my credit card?

@Len18 that is $10+tax and $5+tax

When you check Payment history on renewal, there are couple things to keep in mind.

1. Tax will not show on Payment history, but PM will add tax on top and will chage to your credit card

2. rewards will be added there and PM charge yiu the remaining after rewards

3. Plan rewnewal will be broken in 2 lines.  E.g.   a $15 plan will be broken into a line of $10 and a line of $5

It looks to me point 3 above was the confusion there.  You probably saw one line of $5 and didn't aware that there was another line.

Pease login My Account again and confirm.   Maybe post us a scrrenshot of the transactions from both Feb and March.  Also, each renewal could have multiple credit and debits entries

@Len18

It looks like you were charged twice. The extra charge will remain as credit in your account. So you have 2 options:

1- Leave in your account so it will apply to next month payment.

2- Contact a CS_Agent for refund but it may take about 30 days to complete the refund…your next payment.

Submit a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on bottom of page or private message on the envelope icon above.

That could be a change in rewards or rewards weren't applied to payment.  Public has changed when they pay rewards and it's not always when the plan rewnews.  Check for reward credit of $5 in your payment history.
