Trying to change my credit card for upcoming payments. But keep getting invalid postal code message

@Lynette2 , I suggest using the app to do the update. Be sure to clear app cache and enable location permission. The system deploys a location check that often does not work.

is that a new postal code for a new address??
and you have used the new card at retail yet?? I had one that I cannot update the card on PM system because it wasnt used anywhere before

I assume the the postal code is either Canadian or American.
The website is finicky. Maybe try again by first clearing cache, incognito mode or a different web browser.
