How do I get Public mobile to send the text again as Bell says the number i had with them is still active.

Did you reply to the text confirming you are porting out with the old Bell SIM in the phone within the 90 minute window?
If not, contact the CS_Agent to restart the porting process again for you.

Use the number in this link that gets to the porting help desk:
Adding - or using google . ca type in -> telus porting help number <- and the number will be up front and centre.
