I got a voicemail on my alternate phone number saying the number I ported from Bell to Public Mobile has been reactivated with Bell. I am unable to recieve calls. I need someone to help look into this please. Thank you

@Abi2020 In order for a port to complete your Bell account needs to be active otherwise it will fail. If you can't receive calls on your Bell number using your PM sim card then your port is not complete.

Yes, I ported my number from Bell, and yes, I can make outgoing calls on Public Mibile but incoming calls are not connecting.

@Abi2020 you need to contact a customer rep right away to make sure you aren't a victim of fraud. contact bell right away and ask them why your number is ported back with them.

More details may be helpful. Did you port your number over from Bell? Are you able to call out or text out?
Porting from Bell can take several hours. When did you port?
