Hi @CS_Agent I was called earlier as you were having trouble porting my number to 647 xxx xxxx old account no. from freedom mobile was 647 xxx xxxx (account no. Not phone number)

@Spacey, if you have submitted the port already and it failed, then you need to private message the moderator team to resubmit the port. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include in the private message account number and PIN code along with a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. This will speed up problem resolution significantly. BTW, when entering the account number, do not enter the spaces and other separators such as dashes. Lastly, please do not post personal information in the public forum.
