Porting to Koodo, PM plan expired!

I'm in the middle of porting to Koodo and my PM 120/90$ plan has expired as of today however I have yet to receive my Koodo SIM as they are slow to ship.  I have now lost service and do not wish to pay to renew my 120/90 plan for nothing.  What are my options, is it possible for PM to re-activate my service until I recieve my Koodo sim?

Anythng that the moderators do for you would be an exception, especially if they make it so that you don't have to pay for the plan that is reactivated just so that you can port out.  Something like this may be more likely because of the fact that Koodo is also owned by Telus and honestly, Koodo is taking a quite a while to ship things out.

At worst, you'll have to pay for a new plan after getting a moderator to change it to something in a shorter duration (30 days).  But you can't port your phone number out to Koodo until your first reactivate your Public Mobile service.

@Zhars once the plan is expired, only the moderators can change the plan for you.  Please do as @Luddite suggested and private message them right away.

Correct. Send a private message to the moderators.

@Zhars Why not just texting for $20? You cannot get that $30 plan; it's only available to new customers.

Because your plan has expired and you want a different plan the moderators will need to activate whatever you choose.

What if I add a talk/text/3g data for like 30$, would the Koodo promo be unaffected?

That should work as I was told by Koodo CS that the promo plan is set when you first place your order with them and afterwards all they need to port is an active number.
