So I'm trying to port my number to Freedom but it is failing and they are indicating it is because "number that you want to port does not belong to the service provider you have" and "I suggest to contact your service provider first to confirm it the number with them is active and the number reflects on their end also." They tried it twice and it still failed.
Has anyone encountered this? my number is active and I've been using it on PM for months now so this is very weird...

When you're trying port your PM number to Freedom, your PM account must be activated, otherwise porting will fail. Login your PM account, make sure your account still is activated not suspended. While in porting, keep your PM sim card in the phone and type "Yes" when you get message to make sure you want to port.

All support is to be from Freedom. All this end needs is to be active and leave the sim in a phone to confirm the text from here.
