Porting request timed out

Just signed up for Public Mobile. The text I received to port my number timed out. My old carrier cannot resend the text, they said I have to ask Public to request the port again. How do I do that?

@DiHoss   Just called the number as provided by @dabr , the porting team can easily help to re-trigger the text.  Just make sure you have the OLD SIM in the phone and ready for the text to resend to your old number.  make sure you reply within 90 mins.
