Porting problems from kodoo to public

I was a Koodo customer and my number isn’t porting, I can’t even log a ticket, having a hard time

You will have to submit a ticket. Is your plan active? Ports won’t work without an active plan.

After opening the chatbot, typing "customer support agent" will allow a ticket to be opened.
