Porting problem

Hi having problems porting my number from Fido - landline. It’s been three days and still hasn’t ported. SIM activated and I can use my cell to call out however phone still ringing at home instead of cell. Thanks in advance.

Landlines and VOIP lines can take up to one week to port.  Mobile lines usually port within 24 hours.  

You could wait another 1-2 days.  If not ported, you could contact moderator to have a look at the status (or you could even ask now since it takes 1-2 days to respond)

@Sajj69Landline typically takes longer.. so patience is required. It took me 5 - 6 days to port my landline.
