After having portability incomming calls stoped. All calls goes to voice mail though data and out going call is working. Its been 24 hours still its not solved. Please solve it else give me my money back, its really urgent.

@urvish9, once you send off the private message you are going to have to display a bit of patience. It could be up to 48 hours before you receive a response.

Send a private message to @MarieHelene_L now. Provide the previous carrier's account number and the phone number you wish to port. Your port request is stuck and she will help resubmit it.
If its important to remain reachable, you can continue to use the previous carrier's sim card... it should be fully functional until the port request completes.
