Hello, I activated with pubic almost 4 hours ago, everything went through, but they sent me a text message saying there was a problem and it turned out I had put an incorrect account number from my old carrier. The message said someone will contact me shortly but I have not received anything yet and the port has not been completed yet either. Any ideas?
