Porting out problem

I am trying to port out while out of country. I cannot recieve a sms message - is it possible to have it sent bybemail

Nope, unfortunately you cannot Approve a Port Request via Email. 

I'd recommend having a friend back in Canada buy a SIM Card, you can update the SIM Card on your Account to the one your friend purchased and they can than put your Public Mobile SIM into their phone and approve the Port Request from here for you.

this could be tricky.  You have to submit  a ticket wtih agent and hope they agree your verbal approval and will help.  Submit your ticket here by message:
