@sharmad33 are you porting into PM or porting out of PM
if you are porting into PM, there is a number to call to confirm the porting status, I will message you the number to your Community inbox. Call and check
if you are porting out of PM, you will have to contact the new provider and ask them re-trigger the porting process

Are you porting out of PM? Ensure you have your PM sim in your phone to receive the port out text from PM and your plan is active unless porting to Telus or Koodo.
