Porting number from Sim Activation, HELP!

Hey Community, 

I just recently activated my SIM and paid for it and all, but I tried to port my number during the process and now my PM SIM is saying there is No Service and I can't make calls or texts, I got a text from Public Mobile though saying "Public Mobile here: To complete your request to move to Public Mobile, please go to Publicmobile.ca, click Contact us and complete the SIM & Activation online form. You'll need to provide the correct Password or PIN from your previous service provider. Thanks" I already contact them by email and PM'd the moderators, what can I do now? I really want to get in on this deal asap, I already paid for it and cannot access my account because my number is still tied to my previous service provider and not Public Mobile!

It sounds like you've done everything you can. You sent a message to a mod, now we wait. Don't worry you'll still get the deal, but I know having to wait like this sucks.

You PMed the mods? Now you wait. If your credit card was charged. Just sit back and relax. You have got the deal 99%. Long story short, let us be patient as it is currently night and they are sleeping. 🙂
