Why did delete the eSIM? No wonder your phone doesn’t work.
You will need a new eSIM or SIM and to contact a CS_Agent via Chat bubble to help you activate the eSIM/SIM on the PM app.

Hi @PriyaRajesh, through the PM app if you go to the "Account" tab and scroll down to select "Purchase SIM card" you can choose eSIM which shows it will cost $5 however, if you already had the eSIM (which you mentioned you deleted) you should not be charged for a new eSIM. After installing the the eSIM you should be okay

Can you log into your Public Mobile account, and see what SIM card number is attached to your Profile? I think you can change it to a new physical SIM number, if you can pick one up. Otherwise, you may need to apply for a new one through Customer Services by sending a ticket.

Deleted the eSIM, as no calls are coming in and am completely dead
