Hi,
I received my PM sim card 4 days ago and tried porting the number from Cityfone on the same day. But I am still experiencing porting issues...!
I tried emailing PM and was expecting to get response within 48 hours, but no response so far.
I sent private message to @Mary_M, but no response either.
Please help. I would like to get my number working before activating my husband's PM sim card cuz dont want him to get stuck like me...

yes i did include the info needed based on this thread:
1) If you recently ported your phone number and you are experiencing mixed services/porting issues – send us a private message and please include your Public Mobile phone # (if applicable), the number you wish to port, as well as the account number associated to your old service provider

@jingy327 while you're sitting tight, make sure your private message to the mods inclujdes all the relevant info they need to sort out your issue.

I know it's hard to hear but sit tight. They are working through a big backlog due to similar issues but they should get to you soon.
