How long? Been waiting 4 hours. I tried to fill in all info correctly but lucky don't exactly make it obvious which details are which..

Whether you've requested a port or not, your phone shouldn't be showing no service. Assuming that your phone is unlocked and compatible, outgoing calls, outgoing text messages, and data should have started working immediately. The moderators are going to need to get your service working first. There's no point in them porting your number into a Public Mobile account yet until they help you to get the service functional.

Porting from mobile provider will take about couple hours to couple of days.
Is your Lucky number showing on your phone?
If yes, PM has done it job by setting up your Lucky number on PM account. You are waiting for Lucky to release your number before you will receive any incoming calls or texts.
