You will need to activate a Public Mobile SIM/account BEFORE transferring your Koodo number and you MUST use an email address different from Koodo. Do not close your Koodo account; it happens automatically.
After you have the Public Mobile account set up, you should click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, your Koodo phone number, Koodo account number, and the request to port-in.
