I have been having trouble porting my old number to this service and it turns out I gave the wrong PIN for that account when doing the porting, my question is how can I go through the porting process again? When I try it says something along the lines of being Invalid number.

No luck at the moment, I've sent a PM to a mod so it's time to play the waiting game. Thanks for all the info though!

It's unlikely you port-in will go forward, but give it 6 hours while rebooting your phone now and then.
If no success after 6 hours, try this:
If that fails you need to follow this procedure after taking your patience pill as response may be a week:
Fortunately your Wind SIM is still functional and you can just keep using it. Do not cancel your Wind account that will happen automatically.

". Additonal info I forgot to list is that I can call and use data from the Public Mobile sim, just can't recieve calls.

Go to your self serve service and then click on change number. From there you can port your number out.
