I ported over my Telus number and ported over both my neighbors Telus numbers to Public Mobile. We said YES to the text that Telus sent and had all 3 lines up within minutes. Did you get a text from Telus giving permission to port? If so, did you do it within 90 minutes? If you're still in SOS mode, sometimes trying your SIM card in a different phone can wake it up. Or rebooting too sometimes wakes it up.
If you put your Telus SIM card in your phone, do you still have service?
