Porting from Rogers Business Plan

I am new to PM and my old number is under a Rogers Business Plan.

Now I need to port that number to PM, so what info do I need?

Tried the "change phone number" but it always give page error message when checking number eligibility.

@alexcan Is the Rogers plan still active? If you aren't currently using it you can transfer the number. If it's still active, try using the Chrome browser in incognito mode.
