chatbot opens a moderator ticket. after completing the ticket it wont allow to be submitted. Anyway around this to reach a moderator?

Thanks for the suggestions... incognito window allowed the ticket to be submitted. Now its waiting time.....

As mentioned above you can private message moderator team, but supposedly that takes more time to respond from moderator. 

Website can be finicky. Maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or go incognito mode.  You can try to submit another ticket.
