@Bruceedge48 PM and Koodo prepaid share the same backend system so porting from one number to another within the same system is not allowed and that's why you need the moderators intervention.
So if you want to port your number submit a ticket to PM with your Koodo prepaid account number, name on the account and the phone number that you want ported.

Koodo prepaid can only be facilitated with the assistance of moderators. Submit a ticket to moderators via SIMon here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
type in 'talk to rep'
select 'contact us'
then click 'submit ticket'
follow the rest of the prompts to complete sumbitting your ticket.

You need to get a temporary number from PM during activation.
After activation, create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page to port your Koodo prepaid number to PM.
Keep asking SIMon to "contact human" for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.
Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.

Because they share their system services. You need moderator assistance to port a Koodo prepaid number. Click on the ? balloon in the lower right to find your way to them.
