I'm trying to port my number from PC Mobile Pre paid. Each time I try to log into the ticket, it says login unsuccessful. I'm about to cancel.

When I try to sign into the ticket , I get a login error. I've tried waiting for a few hours and it's the same thing. I'm using my community username and password.

You will need to contact a moderator by submitting a ticket.

Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save

PC mobile needs to be ported by moderators.
Activate a new account and new number (which I think you have done) as it seems you are having issues with tickets. Use the alternate (contact method private message a(envrlope top right) and send to moderstor_team
