Hello,
Someone from public mobile called me today saying there was an issue porting my old number over and asked me for my old phone's IMEI. However I couldn't get it for them (away from home at the time) so she told me to post here. Can someone reach out to me?
Thanks,
W

I've directed questions to Simon, as you have...but not sure if I'm giving proper direction. TIA.
You can type in just "rep". You'll be sent to the form to open a ticket in 2 mouse clicks after that.

Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Keep asking SIMon to "contact human" for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.

@wcoms click on the question mark on the right hand side of the page and ask them for help with a stuck port. Make sure You get to submit ticket. The moderators will get back to you hopefully this evening
