Hi. I cannot get my final step completed to finish porting my number from Eastlink. Contacted Eastlink and they said it’s not on their end and the number is no longer with them. Was told that it had to be reinitated by PM to complete. HELP. I already have my eSIM for Public but it's not showing on my phone now, do I need to buy a new eSIM to complete this as service doesn’t work yet.

Because the first one didn't work as it should have, you can reach out to a CS Agent via this link and ask if they can credit your account.

Thank you for the kind help. I ended up having to buy a new eSIM and then it sprang to life. Not sure what happened in the process, but perhaps it is possible for PM to refund the additional fees.

Here's the thing. Try going into your settings first and go to your eSIM and choose it as your primary and then reboot. See if that works first before calling the number.
