Porting Koodo Phone number to PM

Hi there,

I successfully follow the direction from the activation process and activate a new phone number. I already submit request to port my old number from koodo to PM. However it has been 48 hours and my phone number is not ported yet. Since There is no direct phone number to contact. How can I get assistant in regards to the issue.

Sometimes it can also take longer than 72hrs. I've been waiting for 9 days now for them to fix my porting and I did exactly what they suggested to do when porting.

You can port the number yourself. Just make sure your Koodo and PM email address are different. If it is the same change the email temporary, and change it back once your number is fully ported, you should get a text message when it has sucessfully ported. 

 

Also make sure to check "I'm authorized..." before inputting any info. Just give your Koodo account number (without dashes or spaces), alternative phone number (e.g. home phone), and your name on your Koodo account. 

 

However since the website is down for maintenance, you can try tomorrow.
