I was having problems for a few weeks, I thought it would resolve itself but I guess not. 

 

Has anyone ACTUALLY got this problem resolved or was this a complete waste of $120? 

 

I have send many emails, as everyone else has, and no replies

If you mean private messages and not emails then you've done what's necessary.
