Porting Issue

I transferred in from another carrier.   No confirmation request came from the old carrier until a notice came that the 90minutes had expired.   I can call out, send and receive texts and email works.   I cannot receive incoming calls though.    Any ideas?

Did you leave the old SIM in your phone for the text to come in?

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
