Old Number

Please how do I get my public mobile old number back?  it says it's no longer in service. I think it's been more than 90 days since I last used it. Is there any way to get it back? Thanks

Slim to none to get it back. Check which carrier you got the number from if you don’t remember.

One thing, if you get the number from PM/Koodo/Telus originally and the number is not currently assigned, you have a chance.  

But the decision is with PM support,  please open ticket with them and ask

dial 611 to hear status of the account. If there's no account remaining, you've lost that number unless it happens to be a Telus number originally. You need to message Customer Support to see if you can retrieve your old number.
