Porting Issue - No one contacted me

Hello,

I am trying to port my number to Public Mobile and unfortunately used the IMEI and got a text message saying it had trouble going through the process and someone will contact me.

I know this has occured to others and wondering whats the easiest way to resolve this and port the number?

Carriers don't usually contact anyone when number porting number port encounters an issue.  Please open a ticket using by asking for a customer support agent in the chatbot at:

@Notyourconcern using IMEI for porting info might not work all the time, best to provide them the account number of the old provider instead

There is a number to call to talk to live support and provide them the correct info again.  They can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
