Tried porting my Chatr (Rogers) mobile number on Dec 19th : Online said it was successful, 10 minutes later got a text saying contact support about porting; contacted support got a ticket (#3267-8471) then got another text saying contact support. ( infinite loop ? )
I can make calls, send texts and use data but nothing incoming.
@Mary_M @Shazia_K or @Saray_O if you get a moment can you give me a hand.

As a suggestion, if the carrier doesn't use a PIN code or doesn't readily provide an account number, use the phone IMEI. This is one sure way to provide the porting information correctly and without having to engage the old provider.

For the sake of completion: It was may fault, Chatr doesn't give you your account number on their selfserve website (pretty lame) and the pin you set with Chatr doesn't work for porting.
You have to call Chatr ( 1-800-485-9745 ) and request your account number.

port problem... can not receive any calls right?
MOD should be fix it ... just send message to them ...
