Hi All,
So I set up a friend with PB on the weekend and didn't know about the change where you have to accept the porting on the old sim before putting in the new one so they can call out but not receive calls. The problem is they tossed out the old sim card which was with Bell before we realized it. I know I need to contact to telus porting department(could someone message me the number?) but what do I do if I don't have the original sim? Can I have them call their original provider and have them approve the transfer over the phone? Is that possible?
