I Ported from Koodo Postpaid on Saturday... Koodo cancelled as of today (tuesday 7:45am)... still no Public Mobile Service
Ive tried to contact the moderators and no response... almost 48 hours now.....
Ive turned off/on phone, reset network settings, and suspended SIM (lost phone option online) and reactivate serivce... still nothing...

I had the same issue, put in for port Sat. night, on post paid Koodo #, didn't work and messaged mod Sat. night. I finally heard from a mod this morning and they said there was a problem with the port and it was fixed within 5 minutes.

@phaucet The moderators are very busy right now so it may take them a little longer to respond.

@phaucet, has the self serve account set up properly? Are you able to login to see what conditions look like there. If you can access the self serve account, you could try the lost phone/found phone toggle which can help with some issues.
