Incoming international calls

Hi,

message at https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Paying-for-your-service/Incoming-calls-on-a-canada-wi... looks confusing as it states:

1) The unlimited Canada-wide call plan option will enable you to receive and make calls anywhere in Canada, regardless of your present location. If you chose a province-wide plan, you would only be able to make calls within your province. You would still however be able to receive calls from anywhere else in Canada.

How are incoming international calls handled and charged from countries 1) listed as 18 destinations available to call to; 2) all other countries:

1. In province wide plan while PM subscriber is a) in province; b) out of province but still in Canada

2. In Canada-wide plan while PM subscriber is in Canada.

3. In any plan while PM subscriber is in U.S?

My current assumption is all incoming calls from any destinations in the world, including countries not listed as 18 allowed to call to, are always allowed and charged:

1a - free; 1b - require $8 or $15 add-on and use minutes from it, otherwise don't work.

2 - free

3 - require Province-wide Talk or Canada-wide Talk or Canada&U.S.-wide Talk AND U.S. roaming add-on, otherwise don't work.

Please confirm or correct.

@CS_Agentcould you check this as well? Your official answer would be desired.

Thank you.

May be turned off at any moment. But hey, try it out. There will be no extra charges if it works, and if it fails you can buy an add-on.

1. incoming calls are free within your calling plan's province; out of province no incoming calls connect unless you have a long distance add-on

2. all incoming calls connect

3. no calls connect unless you have a US roaming calling add-on

All calls nomater where they come from are free no matter what plan you are on as long as you are in Canada.

If you are on a provincial plan and outside your home province officially you should need a long distance add-on to receive any calls, but in reality incoming calls work without the lo g distance addon
