I ported my chatr number and now I can't receive incoming calls please help.

It is almsot always best to use the account number of the old provider when the number portability request is submitted. Chatr doesn't make this information readily avaialble. Make sure you call Chtar customer service and ask for your Chatr account number. Contact the Public Mobile moderators after that.

You can continue to use your Chatr SIM card until it is completely dead. Then, switch to using PM SIM as the port is completed.
As @NDesai suggested to contact moderator for help. It may take up to 48 hours for moderator to work on your port.

@quinn604 If it's been longer than a few hours, then your post might be stuck due to an error. In this case, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info and they will try from their end. If the porting was failed, your chatr sim should still be functional.
