Hi there,
It seems that my phone number that was ported over doesn't receive Inbound calls, despite the fact that I'm paying for the $25 plan that includes Unlimited Talk Canada-Wide. I've had the plan for over a month and have already power cycled the phone multiple times, and I can make outgoing calls without any problems. What are my options for getting this solved?

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and reply YES within 90 mins. If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card and can only make outgoing calls, then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to all to talk to live support and the can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox. Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

I have a similar issue with ported over number. I'm not receiving phone calls but I can call someone. I'm also not receiving text messages. I'm on Google Pixel 6

I don't believe that your issue is the same. Incoming calls not working could be a porting issue. Outgoing calls not working wouldn't be as those work immediately.

Have incoming calls ever worked? If they haven't, it's possible that your number was never ported in. if that's the case, check if your old carrier's service is still working.

reset the network settings on my Apple iPhone
- Touch Settings.
- Touch General.
- Scroll to and touch Reset.
- Touch Reset Network Settings.
- Touch Reset Network Settings.
- The iPhone will reboot. Once it turns on, the default network settings will be restored.
Restart your phone if it doesn't automatically do so. Re enter your wifi password if applicable and sms and mms to send and receive from Android phones. Also enable your data. Stay safe
Since outgoing calls works, I would say that I beleive this to unlikely be a network settings issue.

@Pawka it doesn't seem like your port provisioned properly. contact customer support. I'm surprised you waited a month before you tried getting this issue resolved.
