Hi, I ported my number from Freedom just over a week ago. I have an iPhone and was never able to get texts once I approved the port with my Freedom SIM card.
Now a different number has somehow been assigned to my phone. How do I get my number back and working with text?

this is weird and it should not have happened Did you try to put your phone and confirm again??
Try call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone. Enter the ported number and see if the system able to find it. If it can, then your ported number is still with PM and I think it was just misunderstanding

If you place your Freedom SIM card back in your phone, does it still work? I assume it does.
