I am trying to transfer my number to Koodo but keep getting a error message with the IMEI number

@Britloow Don't use IMEI number when transferring your phone number to another carrier. Use your phone number and account number which is displayed in your Public Mobile account.

I would activate a line with a temporary number first, then go to Koodo My Account and try porting again. If there is issue, call Koodo and provide them the proper account number on the phone.

You don't out IMEI (although it is there but it causes lots of errors). Instead, put PM account number. Get the account number by login My Account -> Profile page
