My new provider sent a SMS to my phone to conform transfer my number to . But I I am not getting that SMS!
Could you please release my number or Port out to my new provider?

I know one pf PM customer he complaint to C C T S and he get his credited back.

and prepaid is prepaid, this is a model that is allowed and no partial refund or finds transfer are part of the policy PM has

Unfortunately account funds are not transferable.
Also if you've already ported to Bell then that account would've been closed immediately.

Hi
Is it possible to transfer reminding credit to other account on PM?
I had two lines on PM but recently I port out one number to Bell and I do have same credit on that line. How can I transfer it to other account?

Finally I get the confirmation SMS and I did transform my number to Bell.
How can I get the credit back or forward it toward my other lines on PM?

doesn't matter which line you use to talk to Bell, important thing is to receive the approval text on your PM sim. Do you have the PM sim in the phone and ready to get the text? Put the PM sim back first, call Bell and ask Bell to send the port request again.

I talk to Bell team with my other phone line which has a bell sim card. I did not talk to them by my My PM phone.

@ae489 Which sim card is in your phone right now? If it's Bell you need to take it out, replace with your old PM sim and have Bell re initiate the port request. Leave PM sim in until service stops working, then replace with Bell sim.

Bell team sent more than two times SMS to PM but I did get sms to confirm it.

hi @ae489 your PM service is active and you can still receive other sms?
ask your new carrier to re-request the port
if same, ask PM to check and confirm
