I made a port request over 5 hrs ago. I'm able to make calls but haven't been able to receive calls. Calls are still going to my old provider

@isles_fan77  Call the number I sent to your inbox and give them old provider account number and not the IMEI .they can re trigger port for you . Use this link to the inbox for number

check the account number again with the old carrier and call the porting team to confirm and update the information

I replied yes but also got a message for public saying I my account number was incorrect with the other provider

@isles_fan77  Did you reply  YES to the text confirmation? Leaving old provider SIM card in the phone ? Or not get a text at all ? No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message and the can re trigger the port request for you
