a) Check your old SIM; it may still work.
b) Call your old number. If it goes to voicemail you could at least retrieve your messages.

I have the same issue and I havent get any response from any MOD in 2 weeks, I got 2 phone numbers with the same problem and none of them it is been fixed so I am paying 4 plans for the last 2 weeks.
Still with the same problem up to today, created discussion and pm moderators, not sure what else to do, if only self service was working to do the porting i wouldn't need their help... this sucks.
