Hi,
I am trying to port in. When I try to activate, I receive this error: This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)
If I try again, it looks back to the same error page.
I have tried from two computers and different browsers.
Please help me completing my activation.

@NeonBunny You need to download the public mobile app to activate . Not website just the app . Give that a try first
