I am attempting to port out. I responded yes to the text message but nothing has happened since yesterday. How long will it be?

After replying to the confirmation text then the calling and data should work in a few minutes but texting could take up to 2 hours for it to work.
If you are having issues then contact your new carrier to help you.

is your old sim still in the cellphone ? If so, remove it and install the new sim. See if that helps.
