And you have your original PM SIM card in your phone still, not your new providers SIM card?

Contact your new provider or their porting department to reinitiate the port request. Does your pm account have active service? This is a requirenent unless you are porting to koodo or telus. If you still cannot recieve the PAT (porting authorization text) you can contact customer support below.

@Luisasantos1970 hi you need to contact the provider you want to port to first leave public sim in your phone to get text request to port your number answer yes to text did you do that?
